This form will tell us exactly how you want your hog cut. Don't worry, we have suggestions along the way.

  • Standard thickness is 3/4-1". We can go as thick or as thin as you like.
  • Standard is 2 per package.
  • Standard cut is 3/4"- 1". We can go as thick or as thin as you like.
  • Standard is 2 per package.
  • Standard is 3 – 4 lbs. you can go larger or smaller.
  • On a side there is typically 2-3 # of leftover trim we can make stew, ground pork or sausage.
  • $1.00/ lb. additional for bulk sausage. On a side you can only choose 1.
