Arapahoe Meat Co. Inc. is a full custom slaughtering facility. We slaughter beef, pigs, lambs, goats, yaks, buffalo.           *We do not process chickens.* 

Bring in your wild game animals such as deer, elk, antelope, geese, pheasant, wild boar, and anything else you can think of for specialty processing or basic processing.

Our retail section includes (but is not limited to)…
  • Steaks: T-Bones and/or Porterhouse steaks, NY Strip loins, Rib-eyes, Filet’s (tenderloins)
  • Ground beef at 90% lean – the beef we use is all natural, hormone-free and antibiotic-free.
  • Pork brats, German green chili pork brats, Italian and roasted red pepper brats, we can use beef to make any other brats as requested. 
  • Beef jerky: Original, hot, teriyaki, spicy-aki, and  jalapeno BBQ.
  • Smoked and fresh pork  sausages in both linked orders and/or 1 lb. bulk orders: Breakfast, Italian, German, and Chorizo. We can add green chilis or red peppers to any if requested.
  • Pork bacon: Brown sugar cured or Sugar free, nitrite free cured bacon.
  • Award winning BBQ sauce: Redlaw Sauce Co. Based out of Wheatridge, CO.

We are also a catering company. We specialize in whole roasting pigs for any occasion.We have 24 mobile grill units available for rent.


  • Beef processing includes cut, double wrapping and grinding. Burger is made into 1, 1.5 or 2 pound poly bags. Options are: fresh sausage and smoked sausage, jerky.

  • Pig processing includes cut, double wrapping and grinding. Options are curing, smoking and sausage.

  • Sausage is stuffed into 1 pound poly bags. We only process hogs January thru June.

  • Lamb and goat processing includes slaughter, cut and double wrapping.

  • Wild game processing includes cutting, double wrapping, grinding and stuffing. Options are fresh or smoked sausage and jerky.
