Hog Roasting/ Smoked Meats/ Sides

Whole Hogs, Smoked Meats, Side Items

Our hogs are Duroc and Yorkshire.

All orders require a 10 - 14 day notice at the minimum to order a whole, fresh roasting pig with the head and feet still on.

*We do not do on-site roasting but do provide cooker rentals along with fresh, whole hogs.
For cooked or hot orders, we close at noon on Saturday's and are closed on Sundays so plan your eating times accordingly or see the below options.
The products must be picked up from our location as we do not have a delivery option.

 Based on the date of the party, we may not be available to roast the hog for you. If you need it roasted, please give us a call for specifics and additional info.

*Safe Handling Instructions for Cooked Meats:
Use or consume cooked product within two hours (or one hour if air temperature is above 90 °F) or refrigerate it at 40 °F or less in shallow, covered containers. 
Eat within 3 to 4 days, either cold or reheated to 165 °F (hot and steaming). 
It is safe to freeze ready prepared dishes.

Reheating Instructions:

*Place trays of meat in the oven at 275° for 2 ½ to 3 hours.

Halfway through heating process, take lid off, mix around, put lid back on and continue heating.

Cooker Rentals: 3 day rental,  

Typical pick up is on Friday to return on Monday. (We are closed on Sunday)

Our cooker rentals are flat rack grills, not rotisserie, and are all tow-behind units.

To tow the cookers you need a 2" ball for the hitch and the 4-way flat trailer adapter.

The regular size and large cooker rentals are propane operated (we provide the propane).

We have 2 non-towable charcoal units and 1 towable charcoal unit (we do NOT provide the charcoal)
